HISTORY

“Den Ouden Advokaat” is an artisanal business founded in 1995, the producer of, primarily, home-made egg-nog liqueur (advokaat), pralines with egg-nog liqueur filling, and egg-nog tiramisu-type mini-tarts.

Danny Pieters, the firm’s founder, is responsible for the commercial side and the management of the business. Marianne Ferket (his wife) looks after the production aspects.

Both of them are assisted daily by a team that is expert in all phases of the business.

VISITING THE FIRM

Visits to the firm may be arranged by advance appointment by telephone (+32 (0) 3 776 59 49). First you will visit the plant and afterwards there is a mini-workshop with egg-liquer specialities at another splendid address (at the least 25 persons).
